I was there for about 15 mins just to meet up with some friends. But it seems that they really liked it so I'm giving it 5 stars from what they told me. Food was really good and not too expensive. And the drinks were fairly priced. The people working there also seemed pretty friendly so I cant complain.

Downtown Renton has a new place to check out, meet Blossom Asian Bistro. Located just across the street from Bank of America, this building previously housed Jubilante Restaurant. When you enter, it feels almost like your in another place. I had a good happy feeling when I entered.
They feature Asian Style Tapas, dishes to share that are actually very well portioned. This place has a very unique menu, so many dishes to check out, Sushi & more. Our server was very attentive & nice. The atmosphere was very welcoming. They have a Bar area and outdoor seating for those nice days.

+Ahi Tuna Poke
+Beef Short Ribs
+Seaweed salad
+Rainbow Roll
^ Mango Juice & Sapporo Beer to wash it down =P
Everything we tried was really good.
They haven't official made an announcement that they have opened.
I believe 6.16.08 is when they will officially have a Grand Opening, that's what I was told =)
Blossom Asian Bistro is another great addition to the many wonderful Restaurants that Downtown Renton has to offer.

If you like a vast variety of interesting and different Asian foods that are inexpensive (less than $10) this is the place to go. Cool cocktails and a vast selection of sake. Two of us spent very little money. This is a place to go to often.
